Darinka: A Performance Space, was founded in March of 1984 by Gary Ray Bugarchich in a Lower East Side apartment. It was a mecca for New York's burgeoning punk scene and featured many punk happenings, literary readings and musical performances.
This is possibly the performance at Darinka: A Performance Space that was in Gigantic (A Tale Of Two Johns).
Admission was $5 for members and $10 for non-members.
