Trivia/Info
- This song appears to be modeled after The Free Design's 1967 single "Kites Are Fun". Both its composition and arrangement bear strong similarities to the track. John Linnell alluded to this in a June 2003 online Q&A: "We're busy cooking up lots of new material. [...] I've been singing into the vocoder a bunch lately, trying to sound like the Four Seasons. Minus Frankie Valli. I've got a vocoder song that kind of cops a 60's group called 'The Free Design'."
- As part of the 2012 Instant Fan Club, a new mix of this song was exclusively released which removed the percussion heard in the original version. A few months later, it was announced the song would be included on a new full-length vinyl LP of rarities, but that project didn't end up materializing.
