Interpretations:Don't Break The Heart

From This Might Be A Wiki

"Don't break the heart that needs you" sounds a lot like "don't bite the hand that feeds you."

Hopefully, this song is sarcastic. If not, then it's telling you to stay with a person first because of the shame in letting the one who loves you down, and second because you can't do better than them, even if you (assumedly) don't actually love them back. Either way, it's very lovely. ~ magbatz 04:04, 25 February 2008 (UTC)

Lovely as the tune is, the song is a threat. The telling word is "fatal". It means: "If you leave me, I will kill you." --Nehushtan 13:13, 10 July 2009 (UTC)
