In addition to opening for TMBG at several shows in the early 90's, Syd Straw appeared on The Tonight Show with TMBG in 1992, singing Laura Cantrell's parts in The Guitar (The Lion Sleeps Tonight). She was also interviewed about them in their documentary, Gigantic.
