What'cha gonna do when he comes for you?

Obviously it's a take-off from the CHiPs TV series, which TMBG already spoofed with the ad-based ditty "CHimPS". This is just taking the joke much further and deeper. But I have to wonder about the CHP's vetting process--didn't they do a background check on this guy?
