8BC in New York, NY
September 29, 1984
Fan Recaps and Comments:
A preview for this show, written by Greg Sandow, appeared in the October 2, 1984 issue of The Village Voice:
- Carbon: It's Elliott Sharp's band, and, God damn, do they sound tough! (Urban/primitive, that is, and at the same time real sophisticated.) Preceding them will be Television and They Might Be Giants. September 29, 8 B.C., 337 East 8th Street, 254-4698.
Television was a five-act play written by Tom E. Hawke, unrelated to the rock band of the same name. It was directed by Tri Garraty and starred Holly Hughes, Tom Murrin, Andy Soma, Michael Nesline and Katherine Davis.
