Talk:Notable Shows Gone Wrong

Love it. How about 1992-12-31, 1988-06-23, 2024-05-14, 2001-10-24 -TDK (talk) 07:34, 25 May 2025 (EDT)

I'm mostly excluding non-show-ending technical difficulties as simply too common (unless there's a particularly notable story attached). I've definitely heard them bring up the "accidentally scarring Tony Maimone" incident though, so I think it counts! --Bluef00t (talk) 11:48, 25 May 2025 (EDT)
Does this count? 1997-04-16 was postponed from 1996-12-07 because their van full of gear was stolen. -TDK (talk) 08:08, 26 May 2025 (EDT)
I vote for leaving this one off (for now) because despite the unusual circumstance, it didn't seem to produce a notable story or genuinely unique performance. Of course if the event has been elaborated on by the band somewhere, and someone wanted to dig it up and add it to the show page, I might change my mind.
On that note I feel like 1995-05-27 should at least be mentioned as a candidate since it most CERTAINLY contains a story, though certainly not in the band-endorsed or repeated sense that's really the aim of this page (lol)... --Bluef00t (talk) 11:43, 27 May 2025 (EDT)
Regarding the show not going so well bit, they did bring it back a few times over the years and as recently as 2024 [1] -TDK (talk) 00:07, 28 May 2025 (EDT)
