- David Cowles worked with his daughter Alison Coté to make an unofficial music video for this song[1], which was "TMBG approved!" according to Cowles in the YouTube description.
- His Master's Voice is a painting made famous as the logo of The Gramophone Company that features a dog listening to a phonograph. The painter was inspired by the dog of his late brother listening intently to phonograph recordings of his brother's voice.
