- A demo version of this song premiered on Dial-A-Song in early 2006, followed by a second version on Podcast 6A. This third version was recorded for Cast Your Pod to the Wind, The Else's bonus disc.
- The demo of this song had the distinction of being the last track featured on Dial-A-Song's original (718) 387-6962 number, shortly before the number was disconnected.
- Co-written by Chris Anderson of People Are Wrong! and The Last Car.
- The music video was directed by David Cowles and Liesje Kraai; Cowles designed and storyboarded the video, while Kraai built the puppets and was the main puppeteer. Christina Capozzi Riley animated the 2D segments, Cowles and Jonathan Ackerman did additional puppeteering, and the puppets were filmed by Richard O'Connor of Asterisk.
